Designing human-centered digital experiences

With a problem-solver’s mindset and a Swiss Army knife skillset, I turn complex workflows into simple, usable interfaces—drawing from my roots in tech support and hands-on experience across SaaS, enterprise, and AI.

💼 Career Journey

I began my career in 2015 as an Application Support Engineer at Accenture, where I worked my way up to Team Lead. During this time, I specialized in Microsoft Office 365 products and developed a strong foundation in technical problem-solving, stakeholder communication, and people development. As part of Accenture’s leadership initiatives, I helped mentor teammates and organized employee engagement programs — experiences that sharpened both my analytical and human-centered thinking.

In 2019, I shifted into the world of UI/UX design — a transition fueled by my growing interest in creating intuitive digital experiences. Starting with freelance gigs on Upwork, I worked on everything from HR portals to e-commerce architecture. Since then, I’ve designed for SaaS, enterprise, and AI-powered products across industries such as R&D tax incentives, fintech, and construction tech. Today, I lead UX design at FuseLabs, where I wear multiple hats — from user research to design strategy — to help clients transform complex workflows into meaningful digital solutions.

🌍 Life Outside Work

Outside of work, I’m a curious traveler and passionate photographer. Whether I’m capturing mountain skylines or city street scenes, photography helps me slow down and find stories in everyday details. I find that the same observational skills I use in UX — empathy, attention, framing — carry over into how I experience the world through a lens.

Travel fuels my creativity and keeps me inspired. I enjoy immersing myself in different cultures, trying local food, and finding design inspiration in the textures, signs, and patterns I encounter along the way. Whether I’m working remotely from a new city or planning my next escape, I believe that a change in environment always brings fresh perspective — both personally and professionally.
